As we take a step into two brand-new locations situated in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter – operating in the award-winning building Mason Brother’s building and state-of-the-art 12 Madden Street in the heart of the Innovation Precinct – we’re on the lookout for a very special type of Sales and Community Manager… and that might be you!
Our new Sales and Community Manager will need to hit the ground running, being part of a talented team charged with filling these stunning spaces with a curated community of Auckland’s innovators and instilling our fun, vibrant, friendly and all-round awesome culture into these new sites (if we do say so ourselves!). These new spaces are already attracting huge interest, from both companies and individuals alike, onshore and off.
Generator is all about creating spaces for companies to thrive in, ensuring that we’re making our member’s lives better by supporting them to have a healthy work-life balance, lending a hand, and giving them a place to grow their business in our fun, nurturing environment.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll have targets to meet both in sales and revenue, but also for working with the huge team of individuals that make Generator the special place it is, to keep the energy high and the community happy.
If you’re the right person for the job, your colleagues would describe you as a high achiever who loves to sell, but above all, you’re lively, dedicated and enthusiastic about providing exceptional solutions for members. You’re passionate about being a part of a team that has strong cultural values that resonate with yours personally, and you communicate that through the wider Generator community. Importantly, you’re passionate about coworking and believe there’s no such thing as a task too big or too small if it means our members have the best experience in our spaces!
If you have the background that says you’re keen to lead, love to sell, and want to help build and contribute to a vibrant co-working community with Generator, you need to send us your CV today.
