Your people taken care of.

At Generator, we’ve been successfully building culture and community with our members for 12 years, so we know what it takes to make a flexible workspace buzz.

We know just how important feeling connected to your workplace is - when everyone feels like they’re part of something bigger, it’s not just easier to attract and retain talent – productivity goes up.

Events

We have a chock-a-block calendar full of legendary community events across our four sites. There’s plenty of opportunities to get social with your work neighbours and build valuable business connections, whether its competing in a quiz night or keeping the body and mind energised with yoga and bootcamps.

Celebrating Diversity

We aim for Generator to be a safe space where members can bring their whole selves to work. At the heart of Generator is community and we believe that we all gain more from being part of a diverse and accepting community.

Research has shown that a truly diverse and inclusive environment is directly linked to enhanced performance. Being part of a diverse community helps generate more diverse ideas and encourages innovation to thrive.

In 2022 Generator was awarded the Rainbow tick, recognising our commitment to a creating a supportive work environment that embraces diversity of sexual and gender identities.

Supporting your culture

At Generator we work with our members to understand how we can support their culture through events or engagement opportunities, meaning its one less thing a small business needs to worry about.

Each site has a Site Manager – your go-to person who will ensure you and your team feel right at home (and know where the nearest printer is). You’ll likely find them in the heart of each site – the café/lounge. This is where the coffee is sipped and the networking begins. In no time you’ll be on first name basis with our in-house barista... and the 2000 other Generator members too.
