Sustainable by Design

Generator Pipiri Lane has achieved an industry leading 6-star 'World Leadership' Green Star Design rating. On completion, we're targeting a 6-star 'Built' Green Star rating.

Combining cross-laminated timber (CLT) floors with glulam beams and columns, it's anticipated that Pipiri Lane's innovative construction technique will offer an embodied carbon figure of 410 kgCO2/m2 - around 70% less than a comparable building using traditional materials.

Pipiri Lane will have no fossil fuel supplies, and Generator will work with members and event clients to ensure that sustainability ambitions flow through into daily operations.
