Events FAQs

Our standard open hours are 8.00am – 6:00pm. If you need access prior to 8am or after 6:00pm (excluding evening functions), your Event Manager will let you know of any extra charges during the booking process.

We’re all about experience, so the event venue will absolutely be set up prior to your arrival. Just make sure to let us know all of your requirements during the booking process.

AV is included in the price. The event space will have an HDMI projector or hi-def screen, adapters and a clicker. For the old school we have flipcharts & whiteboards for hire. If you require something special, we have AV partners who can manage this for you, at an additional cost.

Absolutely. Our IT team is on-site from 8.30 – 5.30pm. If you need someone on-site to manage your AV, let us know during the booking process. You may be charged for any additional hours.

Our exclusive arrangement with Spectra, means we serve exceptional food for all occasions – so we don’t allow external caterers to cater our events but we promise you won’t be disappointed!

Our experienced barista is on hand to keep your team charged with coffee, tea and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Wind down and relax (or rev up!) with a cocktail or glass of wine in the afternoon. A tab will be set up for you and will be invoiced along with the rest of the agreed charges after your event.

Evening events will require security guard/s for the duration of your event. They will man the front door, welcoming guests and directing them to your event. Larger events may require more guards – this will be discussed with you prior to the event. Security Guards are charged per hour, minimum of four hours.

Most of our sites have loading zones. Your Event Manager will talk you through the process if you have pack-in requirements.

We are fully licensed daily until midnight. We offer a range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Celebrating a special occasion? Let us know and we can offer a bespoke cocktail for you.
