With Forme Planning hitting their 5th anniversary milestone, what better time to learn more about who they are and what they do! Kay started the firm back in 2017, with Hannah joining as a co-Director in 2019. Fast forward to now, with a wonderful team of five experienced planners all looking forward to the next 5 years and beyond!
Tell us a little bit about Forme
Forme Planning provides clients with strategic planning advice, on a nationwide basis, at all stages of land acquisition and development, from site selection and due diligence through to preparing and obtaining resource consents. We also take a keen interest in acting on behalf of our clients during strategic policy analysis review and plan preparation processes.
What goals does your business have for 2022?
We're looking to expand the team further to help with our ever-expanding workload. We're also looking forward to getting deeply involved in the upcoming national policy-driven urban intensification plan changes in Auckland and around the country that will have a significant impact on the shape and character of New Zealand's urban settlements, closely followed by imminent resource management related legislative reform.
