Now Hiring: Front of House Team

As Generator continues to grow and evolve, so does its staff and staffing requirements. Providing an impeccable level of service to our members is our first priority. As we’ve grown our square footage and increased our member base, we’re looking to expand our dedicated front of house team.  You’ll already be familiar with our Member Concierges, however we’ve created a new Community Engagement Coordinator role to help shape our growing community.

Community Engagement Coordinator

Front and centre, this role is all about supporting our members with the highest level of customer service and support. From initial meet and greets, tours, on-boarding members and other day to day interactions and services, you’ll be there – enabling all those connections between members that are so important and critical to our business. We are searching for that special person who brings positivity, energy and professionalism to all these opportunities.

Sales support, lead generation and follow up are integral to this role and this would be an amazing opportunity for someone with flair, who is keen to take on a new challenge with loads of career progression. Ideally, someone who has a love for customer service and some sales experience will be successful in this role. Personality is critical so a proven ability to develop enduring business relationships is vital.

Providing day to day leadership to our dedicated reception/concierge team is a great stepping stone and this role could be your pathway into a management career.

Member Concierge – Stanbeth House

We are looking for a Member Concierge to join the Stanbeth House team and bring a flexible, adaptable and unflappable approach in co-ordinating the reception services at Generator. Previous customer service experience and a highly organised approach to work are required. Personality plus is essential as well as the ability to co-ordinate reception services for all members. This role could be your first step into a team leadership position.

Member Concierge – Northern Steamship

As the NSS site is a little remote from the rest of the team, this opportunity would suit someone with the maturity and capability of looking after a site without the day to day influence of Generator Management.  You will need to be trustworthy, dedicated and very good at keeping your colleagues and leaders up to date. The amazing group of members based at NSS will appreciate your personality plus and your exceptional customer service skills in leading the reception and taking ownership for the day to day running of the site. This role has autonomy and leadership as key opportunities and is your opportunity to make your mark in the Generator organisation and work your way into a management position.

Hospitality Manager

We can’t forget the bar….! This vital networking, entertainment and business hub needs the services of a dedicated Hospitality Manager to continue the great coffee and afternoon beverage service and keep the liquid part of our business running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a hospo professional to join a dedicated work team and be surrounded by successful business people. The hours are good with minimal late nights and most weekends off, great for those wanting a change from vampire hours. While your barista and bartending skills will be very solid, we are looking for someone who can manage all aspect of running the bar such as stock management, team leadership, financial management and team culture. You may already have your liquor licence but if not, we can help with that.
