We’re on the hunt for Member Concierge to join our front of house team at 12 Madden St.
This is a role for someone who knows the meaning of exceptional customer service, who gets a kick out of helping others, and naturally goes above and beyond to make someone smile. Joining the concierge and community team, this role offers plenty of variety is an integral part of our offering at Generator, providing exceptional concierge, reception and membership services and support to members and guests alike.
What your day looks like…
- You proactively identify member needs and go out of your way to ensure members have what they need to do what they do best.
- You demonstrate your excellent admin capabilities by providing administrative support to members and the team where relevant.
- You excitably build, maintain and develop great relationships with clients & members to ensure everyone gets that ‘Generator experience’ we’re famously known for.
- You deliver the best front of house experience by creating a great energetic and fun-loving vibe in the reception and hospitality areas.
