We know local
Generator is a kiwi company, our first site opened in 2011 after Generator founder Ryan Wilson saw the rise of shared office space and coworking in the UK after the Global Financial Crisis. Borne out of the GFC, we get what uncertainty feels like for small businesses, and understand what is going on in the local market.
Owned by NZX Listed Precinct Properties since 2019, this partnership ensures we at the forefront of New Zealand’s evolving office space market and gives our members access to tailored and flexible options across both businesses’ portfolios.
Across all our sites we have put in measures to enable contact tracing and ensure a high level of hygiene with hourly cleaning and sanitation.
We have regular communication with our members to keep them informed of the actions we are taking and are regularly reviewing our processes as alert levels and conditions change.
Not only are all four our sites beautifully designed, but they are also really spacious. With an average of 10m2 per person and plenty of nooks and breakout spaces, it makes physical distancing easy.
Located in boutique spaces with the ability to be on swipe access control its easy to monitor who is in our premise should contact tracing be required.
Beyond the operational changes we’ve implemented to respond to Covid-19, we’ve aimed to provide our members a level of certainty in these uncertain times.
We live and breathe community here at Generator and we are working to support our members, whether its through tailored support packages for those who need it or connecting members that can provide professional advice.
