Come along to the session to find out about the benefits of Mindfulness. Mindfulness is a skill that helps to facilitate an improvement in our physical and mental well-being, performance and ability to recover from stress.
The session will include a short summary of how Mindfulness works and give you an experience of Mindfulness practice in action.
